Creative Entrepreneur

As a creative entrepreneur, my journey has been deeply rooted in the classroom, where I have cultivated a passion for blending artistic expression with education. Recognizing the impact of our individual expertise and shared values, my husband, O’Bryan, and I created The Hardaways K&O LLC, a venture inspired by the most rewarding aspect of our lives: our children, O’Bryan and Kori. With extensive experience in leading teams and teaching the principles of collaboration, goal-setting, and perseverance, The Hardaways K&O LLC reflects our commitment to empowering others. O’Bryan specializes in coaching, leadership development, and character building, presenting strategies that help students and educators unlock their potential. Meanwhile, I focus on dance education, sharing the cultural richness of Ballet Folklórico and innovative teaching practices. While we present in our own areas of expertise, The Hardaways K&O LLC embodies our dedication to fostering growth and creativity, grounded in the values we practice as educators and as a family.

Hardaway and Eddings Dance Concepts was born out of Ronelle’s and my shared experiences presenting at various conferences about the dance program at Creekview High School. Over time, Ronelle and I were invited to showcase our work, and through these opportunities, we discovered immense joy in sharing our experiences and research with educators across the state. Working alongside Ronelle has greatly enhanced my understanding of teaching, and our collaboration has allowed us to create a program that  benefits all students. I truly enjoy the process of working together, combining our expertise to provide the best possible experience for our classrooms and the dance community.
